How database reactivation works
One simple flow turns an old contact list into clear, current next steps for your team.
Choose one contact segment of past enquiries and upload it as a CSV or Excel file.
Kolz calls with the right context, asks what has changed and records each response.
Review interested leads, timing updates and opt-outs, then send the right next step back to your CRM.
Why revisit an old database?
Projects restart, budgets change and priorities shift. Find the people ready to talk now without asking your team to call every record.

Your reactivation campaign
Human-led calling
$750
Estimated labor cost
Your team calls, asks questions, writes notes and updates the CRM.
Kolz AI + your team
$224
AI usage + setup, review and CRM labor
AI calls and scores responses. Your team sets up, reviews and updates the CRM.
$526
lower estimated cost with AI
24 hrs
less working time with AI
Illustrative assumptions, not measured benchmarks. AI usage: $38 at $0.03/min (High-Volume Pack rate). Other packs differ. Working time excludes breaks and calling-window delays; actual concurrency depends on your account.
One dial per lead with the same answer rate and conversation length for both approaches. An unanswered attempt takes one minute. AI billing uses a one-minute minimum per dial and rounds connected-call duration up to whole minutes.
Human cost = calling time + manual notes and CRM time, multiplied by your hourly cost. AI cost = billable minutes × $0.03 + your team’s setup, review and CRM time at the same hourly cost. AI working time assumes setup, calls spread evenly across the selected concurrency, then review and CRM updates by one person.
The defaults are editable planning examples. CRM work is included for both approaches; an automatic CRM integration is not assumed. Retries, human phone charges, taxes, prepaid-pack rounding and subsequent sales work are excluded. Free credits are not deducted. More calls do not guarantee more revenue.

Define success criteria before launching. Review scores alongside summaries and transcripts; a score helps prioritize follow-up but does not guarantee a sale.
It is reconnecting with eligible contacts already in your records to understand their current needs and agree a next step. AI helps repeat that outreach across your list.
No. Results depend on the list, relevance of your offer and timely follow-up. Use scores to prioritize review, not as a guarantee of a sale.
