Credits and minutes are the same thing. One credit buys one minute of talk time. That's the whole pricing model.

100 free minutes to start
Every new account gets 100 free minutes, no credit card required. Plenty to launch your first real campaign.
Unlocked after phone verification
Your free minutes activate once you confirm the one-time code sent to your phone, which keeps the free tier fair.
Minutes never expire
No monthly reset, no “use it or lose it.” Your balance sits there until you spend it.
Pay-as-you-go
No subscriptions or contracts. Top up whenever you want and pay only for the minutes you actually use.
How minutes are deducted
Different types of calls use minutes differently.
Test & in-browser calls
1 minute per callTrying your agent (calling your own phone, or talking to it live in the browser) costs a flat 1 minute per call. Your balance is checked before the call connects, so you can never go negative.
Bulk campaigns
1 credit per dial, then per minuteEvery number you dial costs 1 credit, and stays at 1 until the conversation runs past a minute. After that you're charged for the actual talk time. If your balance runs out mid-campaign, it stops automatically so you never go past zero. Here's the full breakdown.
How bulk campaign billing works
Campaigns charge by real talk time, settle automatically, and stop before you ever owe a minute you don't have.
1 credit per dial
Every number dialled costs 1 credit, whether it is answered, rings out, or reaches a voicemail. That covers the first full minute, so a short call and an unanswered one cost the same.
Longer conversations cost more
Once a call runs past 1 minute you're charged for its real talk time, rounded up to the next whole minute. A call lasting 2 min 10 sec uses 3 credits.
A small buffer is held, then settled
A few minutes are briefly reserved before each dial and reconciled to the call's real length the instant it ends. Your balance may dip slightly mid-call, then corrects itself, and it can never go negative.
Auto-stops when you run out
The moment your remaining minutes can't cover another call, the campaign stops on its own and is marked out of minutes. Top up to send the rest, and you're never billed past zero.
