Unlock once. Keep it for life.

Lifetime free retry

Reach $300 in cumulative qualifying USD payments to unlock the free-retry allowance on your account. Buy one $300 Scale pack, or reach the total across smaller purchases.

What your retry includes

  • One extra attempt for eligible unanswered, busy or voicemail contacts in the same campaign.
  • After a billable first attempt, the retry waives its dial credit and first 60 seconds.
  • Talk beyond 60 seconds uses credits, rounded up to the next minute.

A retry lasting 60 seconds uses 0 credits. At 61–120 seconds it uses 1 credit; at 121 seconds it uses 2. “Lifetime” describes your eligibility, not unlimited call time or repeated retries.

Your smaller top-ups still count

Three $100 purchases qualify just as one $300 purchase does. Once unlocked, buying a $10, $30 or $100 pack later keeps your lifetime eligibility. Using your calling minutes does not remove it.

Qualifying spend uses successful recorded USD payments, after recorded refunds and disputes. Free signup minutes and referral bonus minutes do not count toward the $300 total.

On by default. Always your choice.

Automatic retry is on by default for every account, and you can turn it off in campaign settings. Each eligible contact gets at most two attempts in that campaign: the initial call and one retry. Before the lifetime unlock, retries use standard calling charges: at least 1 credit for a billable dial, then actual talk time rounded up.

Your retry billing policy is saved when the campaign starts and stays with that campaign through pauses and resumes. Dials that never reach the phone network remain uncharged; a later first billable dial still uses standard credits. Choosing Redial from completed results creates a new campaign with a new first attempt.
